Welcome! Total Beauty is a private boutique based salon with over 10 years experience specializing Gel X, Structured Manicures, Powder Brow, Threading + Tint Brow Services, and Permanent (claspless) Jewelry. Package services and Gift cards are available! Press On Nails, Cuticle Oils, Lashes, Lipgloss & Lipstick are also available for purchase at any time during business hours or may be added to your service total. Complimentary drinks & snacks are available during the appointment, please help yourself but limit one drink/snack per client so everyone can enjoy. Cat naps are on the house, too. Salon Policy: Appointments are reserved only for the person receiving service, please do not bring additional guests unless previously communicated & approved. Please communicate using the “contact” option (allow up to 24 hours follow up) or call directly for urgent questions/concerns. Please make sure your contact info (phone number and email) is correct for follow up. Book services & add ons together. Service descriptions are included. Booking the wrong services may result in a cancelled appointment due to scheduling conflicts & the deposit is forfeited. (See Cancellation Policy below for more details). There is a 10 minute grace period for appointment arrivals. After 10 minutes an alternative service could be offered or the appointment may be declined due to scheduling conflicts and the deposit will be forfeited. *A reschedule and deposit transfer to new appointment is approved solely on availability to accommodate. (See Cancellation Policy below for more details). Scheduling is open a month at a time and fills quickly. Please book when you receive the “Books Open” notification for best availability. You may join the waitlist if unable to book. Please review, complete, and sign any waiver forms sent to you, at least 72 hours prior to your appointment. Before care forms will also be provided. Failure to complete & agree to these forms will result in a cancelled appointment and the late cancel policy will apply. (See below under Cancellation Policy) Deposits: Deposits are required and go toward the total cost of service. Deposits are non-refundable unless service is cancelled by provider due to personal reasons (illness, emergency, etc). Payment Options: Debit, Credit Card, or Cash (Cash is not kept on hand for change). Split payment options available. Refunds: Services rendered are non-refundable. Any deposits that are returned are processed at the end of the business day & may take 7-10 days to post depending on your financial institution. Reviews: Option to leave a Review & Gratuity available at the end of service.

Cancellation Policy

Appointments may be cancelled online prior to 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time. Appointments cancelled within the 24 hour period will be charged 50% of the service total as a late cancellation fee. Rescheduling within 24 hours of the appointment is considered a late cancel. No Show appointments are charged 100% of the service cost.
